We’ll confirm the scope, deliverables, price, start date, and deadline in writing before work begins. Payment is due before work begins unless agreed otherwise in writing. New tasks, additional revisions, expanded research, or additional contacts require written agreement. If work exceeds your time block, we’ll stop and ask for approval before continuing or charging more.
